MACCC 2026 Conference

Register for the 2026 MACCC Conference

November 19–21, 2026 | San Diego, California

We can't wait to welcome music faculty and students from across California to San Diego for the 2026 MACCC Conference!

Whether you're attending on your own or bringing an ensemble of students, we've put together the checklist below to make registration and travel planning as easy as possible.

Your Conference Registration Checklist

✓ Step 1: Check Your MACCC Membership

Current MACCC membership is required for faculty conference registration.

Before registering, please log in to your MACCC account and make sure your membership is current for 2026–2027. If your membership has expired, renew it first before continuing with conference registration.

✓ Step 2: Register for the Conference

If you are bringing students to participate in one of our Intercollegiate Ensembles or other conference activities, please be sure to complete all applicable student registration information as well.

✓ Step 3: Reserve Your Hotel Rooms

MACCC Conference Rate: $195/night
Former group hotel rate: $225/night

MACCC has negotiated a special discounted room rate exclusively for our 2026 Conference attendees, offering our members additional savings on every room, every night.

This year is a little different in that hotel reservations for MACCC attendees will be coordinated directly with our hotel representative, Kathryn Leones. This process allows the hotel to work directly with each participating college and faculty director, making it easier to coordinate room blocks for faculty and students and to assist with any reservation questions or special circumstances along the way.

Choose the reservation option that applies to you:

Booking Fewer Than 10 Rooms?

Individual attendees and participants booking fewer than 10 rooms may reserve directly through our special MACCC hotel booking link:

Bringing a Group and Booking 10+ Rooms?

Faculty directors and schools reserving 10 or more rooms, or those with specific billing instructions, should complete the MACCC Rooming List and email it directly to our hotel representative, Kathryn Leones.

This process allows the hotel to coordinate directly with your school, provide an estimate of room and tax charges, issue individual reservation confirmations, and prepare room keys in advance when groups plan to arrive together.

To reserve 10+ rooms for your school:

  • Email your completed Rooming List to Kathryn Leones at Kathryn.leones@hilton.com.
  • Kathryn and the hotel team will work directly with you to finalize your school's accommodations.

A Note About Changes & Cancellations: Reservations booked through the MACCC program may be changed or cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the hotel's guaranteed 4:00 PM check-in time. Changes or cancellations made after that deadline may be subject to a penalty.

Why Staying at the Conference Hotel Matters

When you stay at our conference hotel, you're doing more than getting the special MACCC rate—you are directly supporting the conference.

Like many professional conferences, MACCC commits to a minimum number of hotel rooms in exchange for discounted guest-room rates and conference meeting space. Booking within the MACCC room block helps us meet that commitment and keeps conference costs manageable for our organization, our colleges, and our students.

Your support helps MACCC continue bringing California community college musicians and educators together year after year.

If your college is able to stay at the conference hotel, please book your faculty and student rooms through the MACCC room block. Every room makes a difference—and we greatly appreciate your support!

That's It—You're San Diego Bound!

Once you've:

✓ Confirmed or renewed your MACCC membership
✓ Registered for the 2026 MACCC Conference
✓ Submitted your hotel reservation form

...you're officially on your way!

We look forward to seeing you and your students in San Diego, November 19–21, 2026, for another outstanding weekend of music-making, professional development, collaboration, and community.
