Following is quick guide to making your room reservations at Doubletree Hilton, Mission Valley, San Diego, Remember: room reservations are separate from the conference registration. Credit cards are ideal for this transaction and purchase orders are unworkable for the hotel. 1. Create a group or single room reservation online. You will receive a confirmation code. 2. Payment: your credit card or the college’s is preferred. Once you have the confirmation code, call our hotel Event Managers, Mayra (preferred) or Kathryn with the confirmation code at the numbers listed below and ask for a link to be sent to you so that the payment can be made securely, online. Please double check t o make sure you have received the correct conference rate of $185/ night. The $185 per night rate applies only to single or double occupancy. A fee of $10 per person will be applied to reservations that exceed double occupancy. 3. Make sure at check-out that the reservation was actually charged to the correct card.
