Student Meal Plan for Conference Attendees

Because the DoubleTree Berkeley Marina is not within walking distance of restaurants, MACCC has arranged onsite hotel-catered meals for student participants.

Each meal plan covers:

• Breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday (November 21–22)

• $25 per meal × 4 meals = $100 total per student

• Breakfast = to-go style, Lunch = buffet, with vegetarian options included

Faculty or institutions bringing students should complete this form to reserve meals and submit payment on behalf of their group.

Deadline: Monday, November 10, 2025
After this date, the hotel’s meal count will be finalized.
Online payment only (no institutional checks).
